I bought a Doceri Desktop license key, but the screen still says Trial Version

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from with the subject line "Your receipt for Doceri from SP Controls" containing your license key and your coupon code for the Doceri Certified Educator Professional Development Course. If a business day has passed and you still have not received that email receipt, please check your Spam or Promotions folder to see if your email program automatically filtered it, or search your email for that sender or subject, and consider adding to your list of permitted email senders.

If you no longer have that email, you can always find all of your Doceri Desktop license keys in your account on the website. Click My Account (at the top-right of any page on and log in. Your account page will list your Doceri Desktop license key code (or codes, if you have more than one) following your personal information.

The purchasing system does not have any way to know on what computer you want your license key applied, so you will need to register your license key in Doceri Desktop on that machine. The license key registration process is illustrated in the How to Register Doceri Desktop document in our knowledgebase. A video of the process also is available in the Doceri Certified Educator Professional Development Course included with your purchase. To avoid typos, we recommend that you copy the license key code from your receipt email or website account page to the clipboard to paste into the registration tool.

Many additional videos are available on our YouTube channel for those who want a closer look at how to use Doceri. All Doceri Desktop license holders also have access to the Doceri Certified Educator Professional Development Course on the Thinkific website to work through the in-depth video lessons at their own pace. Instructions on How to redeem a coupon code for training are again in our knowledgebase.
