Getting Started with Doceri

First, you will need to download the Doceri for iPad app from the Apple Store, or purchase the Doceri for Windows tablet app from the Windows Store.

You can learn more about how to use those as standalone apps by watching this brief Overview video.

If you want to be able to connect your tablet to your computer, you will need to download the appropriate version of Doceri Desktop to that computer as well. You can get a 30-day free trial version from our Download page. If you have already purchased a Doceri Desktop license key, you can still download the trial version and register the license key to it any time in the next 30 days—the functionality is the same but for the ability to remove or customize the “Trial Version” watermark.

Illustrated instructions for Downloading and Installing Doceri Desktop for Windows and Downloading and Installing Doceri Desktop for Mac are available on our website. Please note these special considerations specific to macOS Mojave and macOS Catalina if you are using either of those operating systems.

The license key registration process is illustrated in the How to Register Doceri Desktop document in our knowledgebase. A video of the process also is available: this link skips past the instructions for purchasing a license key.

An Introduction to Doceri webinar is available for those who want a more in depth look at how to use the Doceri app with Doceri Desktop, with an eye toward the remote learning context. All license holders also can access the Doceri training course on the Thinkific website to work through the in-depth video lessons at their own pace. Instructions on How to redeem a coupon code for training are again in our knowledgebase.
