Why won't Doceri control my Mac running Mojave or later? With the Mojave version of MacOS, Apple has added new security settings that need to be set so they explicitly allow Doceri to control the computer. To change those settings, go to System Preferences, then Security & Privacy, then to the Privacy tab. Under this tab, you need to check two things: first, under Accessibility, you need to make sure that Doceri Desktop is listed under "Allow the apps below to control your computer" and that the checkbox next to it is selected. Second, you need to go to Automation and make sure that Doceri Desktop is listed under "Allow the apps below to control other apps" and the checkbox is selected there, too. Once you've done that, Doceri should once again be able to control your computer.
