Doceri Desktop Keeps Crashing and Asking to Send Logs, Why?

Doceri Desktop requires the latest version of Java available in order to run well. Oracle, the company that updates and maintains Java, puts out updates constantly and we encourage users to download them as soon as they are available.

Windows

If you run a Windows machine, you can download the latest version of java from www.java.com and by following the free download link on the website. The download is completely free.

Mac

Apple distributes the latest runtime of Java via a software update. If you run a Mac machine, you can update your Java by going to the Apple icon in the top left corner and select Software Update and download all updates available.
