I can't change my Doceri Desktop Password (Mac)I can't seem to change my Doceri Desktop password. (Mac)In the latest version of Java, an error occurred with Doceri Desktop on the Mac that seemed to change the layering of Doceri Desktop pushing the Set Password window behind all currently open windows, including the Doceri Desktop Settings window and the Doceri Connection Dashboard window making Doceri Desktop appear to crash or become unresponsive when the Set Password button is clicked in Doceri Desktop. We are working on a new update to Doceri Desktop on the Mac to repair this issue, but we do have two workarounds for this issue at this time. Method one: 1. Open Doceri Desktop on your Mac. 2. When it finishes loading, move the currently open Doceri Connection Dashboard window to the side of your desktop so the middle of your screen is fully exposed. 3.click on the Doceri Desktop hand icon on the top toolbar to the left of the clock. 4. Select the Settings option from the list. 5. Move the settings window to the side of your desktop screen leaving the center exposed, but make sure the Change Password button is still clickable. 6. Click the Change Password button and the password fields should appear in the center of the screen so you can change them. 7. Reattempt to login to Doceri Desktop from your iPad connection once you finish changing your password. Method Two: 1. Open Doceri Desktop on your Mac. 2. When it finishes loading, click on the Doceri Desktop hand icon on the top toolbar to the left of the clock. 3. Select the Settings option from the list. 4. Click the Change Password button. 5. Type your password as you normally would. Nothing will seem to happen. This is normal. 6. When done typing your password, hit the Tab key on your keyboard once. 7. Retype the password you just entered. Again, nothing will seem to happen. This is normal. 8. Press the Tab key followed by the Enter key on your keyboard to finish the password change. 9. Reattempt to login to Doceri Desktop from your iPad connection.
