Where can I find my license key?Every Doceri user automatically has an account set up at doceri.com where you can edit your account details, including changing your email address (which is also your username). You can also view your order history when logged in.
To find your license key(s), log into doceri.com (if you don't know your password, click on the "forgot password" link) and click on My Account (upper right). On the left sidebar, you will see an Order History link. Click on that link and on the next page you will see another link to Order Details. Click on Order Details to see your license key(s). It will also show you the name of the machine that holds that license key, as well as the number of seats available on a multi-seat license key.
If you no longer have your computer and didn't deregister beforehand, you will get an error message if you try to register using the same license key a second time. Please submit a support ticket here (including your license key and machine name) if you would like us to deregister it for you: https://doceri.com/support/index.php?a=add
